Management
The Company was founded by four individuals –
Michael A. Eaton;
Jay Mason; Roy Fredricksen; and J. Michael Eaton. One of the four
founders are employed by the Company, joined on the senior management
team by a Chief Technology Officer. Two other founders are advisors to
the senior management.
Jay Mason, CEO & Chairman
For the past 20 years, Jay has lead in the creation and development of
health care related companies which serve to enhance function and value
for clients and owners. He has incubated start-ups and has grown them
to profitable ventures through business development as well as mergers
and acquisitions. An experienced and successful entrepreneur and
leader, Jay guides and manages enterprise development and investor
relations for My Health Direct, Inc.
Scott Papador,
Chief Technology Officer
Scott has extensive experience in technology management, starting with
a long-tenure with IBM. He has led effective application development
efforts for multiple clients and has a strong track-record of finding
cost-effective, reliable and simple solutions to complex business
needs. Scott has responsibility for development and maintenance of the
My Health Direct web-based application and ensuring that customer
expectations for system performance are consistently met and exceeded.
Mark
Chiuminatto, CPA, CFO
With
over 25 years experience Mark brings to MHD his combination of
technical and financial expertise and his extensive hands-on leadership
experience in the Internet Professional Services sector from USWeb/CKS
(later marchFIRST).
At USWeb Mark
undertook efforts in strategic planning, budgeting and general business
management, including HR and daily operational issues. Mark was a key
member of a team that spearheaded the worldwide implementation of the
Oracle Financial Reporting System, including conversion of existing
data residing in 60 disparate systems in the field offices.
Thomas S. Reilly,
VP Community Solutions
Tom brings extensive experience to the Company, having served as
Director of Government Affairs for a major integrated delivery network
and in the office of the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and
Medicaid Services (CMS). He has extensive experience working with
elected officials and community leaders at the federal, state and
municipal levels and is a proven leader in developing solutions.
